CEP Board Member Sonia Flynn takes up a new role in the HMPPS
Sonia has taken up a part-time Deputy Director role in the HM Prison and Probation Service Probation Workforce Programme. She is going to be leading on Learning and Development. This will include the training for new starters in the organisation including Professional Qualification in Probation (PQiP) candidates and new Probation Service Officers. She will also lead continuous professional development for all staff in the Probation Service. Sonia will also be leading the launch of the Professional Register for Probation Officers – there will be lots more information on this as we approach the launch in late April.
