CEP Leadership Excellence Training
The training is in line with the outcome of CEP DG conference taking place in Kiel, Germany in 2023. It will include practical group work on leadership, communication and awareness-raising, new technologies, and staff management, and provide an opportunity for learning, exchange of experience, and knowledge sharing on the daily work of probation practitioners in different EU Member States, as well as support cooperation.Â
As places are limited, participants will be selected through an application process based on motivation, having in mind regional and gender representation.Â
CEP is seeking 7 applications for an upcoming training programme designed for a small group of Directors General or Deputy Directors General representing CEP member organisations.
Application deadline: 15 August 2026.Â
Selected candidates will be informed by 30 August 2026.Â
Training is organised in cooperation with Croatian Probation Service.Â
Please note this call is open to full or associate members only. Â
Fees
The CEP will fully cover travel and accommodation costs.
This training is only open for Directors Generals who are full or associate CEP members.
