Happy International Women’s Day 2025!
Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women worldwide. At CEP Probation, we are committed to fostering gender equality and inclusivity within the criminal justice system.
Â
This year’s theme, #AccelerateAction, emphasizes the urgency of advancing gender parity, as current projections suggest it may take until 2158 to achieve full equality. (WILPF.ORG)
In line with this, CEP has introduced the Gender Equality and Diversity Policy (Read more: https://cutt.ly/qryQXu8x), aiming to cultivate a productive, positive, and equitable environment for all CEP members and our partner organizations. Additionally, our Expert Group on Gender-Based Violence is aiming to enhance understanding and practices in handling gender-based violence cases within probation services.
