To mark the anniversary of the National Agency of Crime Prevention, Execution of Non-Custodial Sentences and Probation of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, the conference “The Comprehensive Approach in Crime Prevention” took place on 25-26 July in Tbilisi. CEP was represented by Dr. Andrea Matouskova, CEP Board Member and Director General of the Czech Probation and Mediation Service.

The conference brought together 150 participants from Georgia, partner countries, and international organizations. This multiagency and multi-sectoral event aimed to share best international practices and experiences in strategic communications, education, juvenile referral, diversion and mediation, community sentences, probation and parole, rehabilitation, volunteering, technologies, and research and analysis.
