CEP is seeking 7 applications for an upcoming training programme, CEP Leadership Excellence Training, designed for a small group of Directors General or Deputy Directors General representing CEP member organisations. This training will take place on 19-21 October 2026, Zagreb, Croatia.

The training is in line with the outcome of the CEP Directors General conference taking place in Kiel, Germany, in 2023. Travel and accommodation costs will be fully covered by the CEP.

As places are limited, participants will be selected through an application process based on motivation, having in mind regional and gender representation.

If you are interested, please click here to fill in the form and submit a short motivation statement

Application deadline: 15 August 2026.

Selected candidates will be informed by 30 August 2026.

Against a backdrop of overcrowded prisons and net-widening (with ever more people drawn into supervision), three questions kept coming up in the research: how time shapes justice, what we mean by success, and how we define harm.
