European Football Championship for Probation Services: register now!
The 39th European Football Championships for Probation Services will take place from the 16th to the 17th of April 2020 in Düsseldorf, the capital of the Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany.
Every year the European Football Championship of Probation Services takes place in one city in Europe. Probation officers from several Federal States in Germany and from other countries like Czech Republic, Scotland, England, Luxemburg, Austria, Switzerland participated in the past, just like other related institutions in the criminal justice sector.
The aim of the event is to connect probation officers and other people that work in the criminal justice sector through the common interest in football and professional exchange.
Every championship is organised by one probation service (or like last year by the prison service in Zurich- Switzerland). It includes a welcome party, the tournament (divided in men and women) and the players night with the award ceremony. The costs for participating in the European Football Championship is €90 per person. There is only limited space available due to the capacity of the venues. 44 teams can register now!
