After the Spring by Johannes Wheeldon

Dr. Johannes Wheeldon in currently promoting his recently published book After the Spring: Probation, Justice Reform and Democratization from the Baltics to Beirut.

Eleven international publishing - After the spring Dr. Wheeldon is Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Political Science and Criminology at Washington State University and teaches Philosophy to inmates at the Coyote Ridge Correctional Center. His book details justice reform projects in the Former Soviet Union (FSU) and focuses specifically on a project that developed the first probation service in Latvia. It argues that justice reform projects can play an important role in the complex process of democratization. The publication is aimed at criminologists, political scientists and legal scholars.
