On 15-16 September the second CEP expert meeting on the Framework Decisions 829 and 947 took place in Brussels. A group of 37 people from 24 different countries discussed the practices, the “what works and what does not work” and many other issues regarding these 2 Framework Decisions. Also 2 representatives from the European Commission took part, and Mr. Anton van Kalmthout presented the first draft of the Handbook that he is writing under their authority.

Many lively discussions took place, with valuable outcomes and possibilities for future networks.
