CEP and CAPP sign Affiliation Agreement during 7th WCCP
On 15 April 2026, during the World Congress on Probation and Parole in Bali, the Confederation of European Probation (CEP) signed an Affiliation Agreement with the Caribbean Association of Probation and Parole (CAPP).
The agreement strengthens international cooperation between both organisations and reflects a shared commitment to promoting effective, evidence-based probation practices, advancing legislation and practice in probation, and enhancing awareness of the benefits of probation services worldwide.
Through this new partnership, CEP and CAPP will collaborate by sharing knowledge, research and good practices, participating in each other’s events and activities, and exploring innovative ways to strengthen probation services internationally.
