Call for experts to develop of a strategy for the rehabilitation of offenders under community sanctions and measures

The Ministry of Justice of Romania is looking for an independent external expertise to support the in-house employees of the National Probation Directorate to develop of a strategy for the rehabilitation of offenders under community sanctions and measures.
