Developing Services in Europe

The CEP Expert Group on Foreign Nationals has developed a "Good Practice Guide" for organisations and individuals interested in developing services for European citizens detained abroad. The aim of the Guide is to help those who wish to begin to providing services to their nationals in detention abroad and those who are in the early stages of doing so.
